Silver Swans Adult Ballet

Perhaps you learned ballet as a child or maybe you've always wanted to?
This class is for you!
Whether you’re an experienced dancer, have briefly dabbled, or are a complete novice, we welcome you to try our Silver Swans® classes. These specially designed ballet sessions will help improve your mobility, posture, and co-ordination, and boost your energy levels.
